Argh, ruined my breakfast.
Old-ass iron skillet at home ruined my omelette because all the non-stickiness has worn off. Now I’m left with a pile of crumbly eggs, steak, spinach and onions.  It still tastes the same, but the aesthetic of a perfect omelette was what I was chasing. =( I’ll be able to flip an omelette one day, I swear it!

I don’t think I’m hip anymore.  ——  theartofboredom answered: bit.ly/xDaNky Why thank you Daniel. -__- I meant more along the lines of why do people regard this with so much importance that they need to assign an acronym to it?! Is this an “invincible youth” thing?

On Charlize, Viola, and the Plight of Black Women...
newsweek: Yesterday we posted two frames from our Oscar Roundtable in which Viola Davis, alluding to the fact black women who are not exactly Halle Berry have it hard in Hollywood, was silenced by Charlize Theron’s well-intentioned, “Stop saying that…you’re hot as shit.” It kinda blew up. So we asked Allison Samuels, a senior writer at Newsweek, to take a stab at what it is, exactly, Charlize...

hipsterlibertarian: Q. Under the Austrian School of Economics, and indeed by the predictions of its proponents, the huge, expansionary policies of the Federal Reserve should be causing run-away Inflation. Indeed, the cry for years has been to warn of dire hyperinflation should any of the no in place expansionary policies by tried. Yet this flies in the face of what we have seen, namely price...
